The cutting table and belt system are from Intermac. It’s ideal solution for transferring sheets of glass, and ensures cutting precision with simple and intuitive technology;
CNC work center for glass.
The cut glass will go direct to CNC work center or bilateral machine to have the edge grinded smoothly; The CNC work center can conduct auto-CAD drawing, generate the processing program directly, easily and intuitively.
Polishing to increase the transparency and refractivity
Washing machine;

The glass will be thoroughly washed and dried efficiently by the washing machine which has 3 pairs of brushes and 2 pairs of air knife.
Then our workers perform the 1st quality to the glass. Glass with flaw will be picked out
Film is added to the front and back of the glass as protection to prevent scratching and breaking apart. The back film will also be used for further processes.
Laser engraving machine
Marks will be drawn on the back film by Laser engraving machine precisely as pre-set by our technician.
PLC controlled sand-blaster can do the sandblasting smoothly with high efficiency. The we pray proportioned paint to the etched area. These two steps are conducted in a separate room to limited the pollution.
Here we use a laser to apply labels for the buttons, digital clocks, magnifier and any other labels that might be needed for the design
During the whole production process, we are using this water recycling system to minimize the effect of our production on our environment.
As most of our production is conducted by machine, there’s only 20% of the work will be done by labor， which makes our assembly teams smart and flexible to produce different kinds of mirror.
Before packing the mirror, we will perform the last quality control to make sure all the product we will deliver to our clients are in good condition.
